FYI - when you go to do the carbs you'll find that the pressed-in slow jets are down inside a tube, making them inaccessible from the outside. You'll need to use an easy-out to grab them from the inside... pretty sure TwoTired has a write-up about it.
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.

Yes like TugBoat said look for TwoTireds write up on the carbs. I thank he used a #4-40 tap and screw to get them out.
