More pics tomorrow. I found the missing 18" rolled edge DID rear rim from the sandcast. Where you ask? Oh no, could it be?  Yep, on the back of the drag bike.
OMG.  Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in sandcast hubs? The 69 hub could be on the 16" rim or on the drag bike.

Just the 2-hole/4-hole difference Don.  K0's and earlier should have come with 2-hole hubs.  Only the very earliest sandies had no holes, like MarkB's 97.

You're dang lucky to find that rolled rim.  Throw up some pictures of it if you could, please.  I hope it's still usable for you!

Bingo! The 2 hole hub is still attached to the rolled DID rim on the dragbike. Thanks Greggo. Now I need to check e front just to be sure. The 73 drag bike has an early front end and the front rim feels less edgy than the one on the 69. I want to be sure he didn't swap both ends.

Fronts weren't as rounded as the rear.  Just look to see that the DID stamp is the only marking and it's likely original.

Thanks I'll check for the DID stamp on both fronts.

The front is OK on the bike. The hub on the hog rim is two hole also. It has a cush drive that looks like a clover, all the rubbers are equal I now believe that is the original sandcast hub. I'm putting a rusty 4 hole rim on the drag bike for now.
