You might check with Redline Cycles in Skokie. They mostly work on vintage Kawasakis these days (particularly the Z1), but depending on workload will also work on other vintage Japanese bikes.
http://www.redlinecycle.com/I have not used them myself, but the guy who bought my '77 Goldwing yesterday swears by them. He currently owns a bunch of GL1000's and a CBX, so I feel pretty good about his recommendation.
