I'll be damned if I can remember what it was I had ordered but I did order from their site a couple months ago. What I do remember is that I got what ever it was within a reasonable time. Sounds crazy I know. :o

I've used them to and had the same experience. Fast shipping with a reasonable price.

ditto!  I've used them multiple times and they are always really quick.  Good customer service too.  I live in Portland, so shipping was relatively cheap (much less than DSS, but they have less hard to find parts).

Yes!  Got my valve guides from them, good prices and great communication.

I ordered a gasket from them, had a couple different options.. wish I'd picked the nicest gasket instead of the midgrade.  They threw in some stickers and whatnot too.. shipped from California.

Have been curious about them for a while now. Petcock valves for cheap. Lots of things for cheap, actually.

They also have unpainted side-emblem covers for my bike!

lots of emgo parts on there....caveat emptor.

that has to be worst customer interface I have ever seen. yes worse than cycle ex, which is kind of charming in a home made kind of way, this has all the charm of a used rubber glove.

I guess I should have qualified the worst customer interface I have seen on the internet. The DMV customer interface in real life is much worse.

That being said maybe I am just an old man because I was not expecting to click the search link for a pull down menu.

Also, not everything there is emgo, and some things are decent prices. At least they identify their parts as emgo, which is more than I can say for DCC.

Just got a small package from them. Shipping was very quick, and the guys where nice enough to include an extra, larger, fuel line clip because the fuel line that I got was slightly thicker.

Overall great experience.
