Topic: "BIKE NIGHT" Every Wednesday - Chicagoland Area !

Hey ,

Their is a weekly "bike night" at a hotdog joint called "Strat's" in Villa Park (Chicagoland Area).
Located on North Avenue, just West of Route 83 (5min from my work) Best food in town ,and the owner (whose named Strat) is a great guy. He hosts lots of car/motorcycle events their , and at his other location.

His "Bike night" is nothing formal, just a night where all types of bikes are welcome, hang in the parking lot, enjoy the weather and great food, etc...Basically a cruise night , with a motorcycle theme.I usually ride up their with my "rocket" buddies, but thought it might be a good place for the local chicago boys to meet up once in a while , get some food , bull#$%*, etc...The address is below, in-case someone wants to "mapquest" if from their location...

Yo P'Teal...
How's it been going? For me, after spending a week in Japan,  I'm now stuck in my hotel room in Shanghai, China for two weeks.  Should be back by Aug. 5.  If you go to the "bike night", be sure to take some pics and post 'em!  PLEASE!  I'm desparate for some scenes from the good ol' USA.  Especially when ther's REAL motorcycles involved.  The biggest bike you see over here is a 250cc.  Tha's the biggest you can legally buy because that's all the cops can get.  Can't out-do the law now, can we.   
I'd like to see something American like "bike night".

I was planning on going with Danny (Triumph Bobber dude) this comming Wednesday, but it is said to rain all week  so we will have to see.

Weather is looking to be perfect for a ride tonight.
I just got off the phone with Danny , and I am gonna meet up with him around 6:30pm or so, which
will put us at Strats around 7ish or so....

Last night was good times.
Me and my Triumph Bobber riding bud Danny met up with STEVEF at strats about 7:30.
Their was a decent turnout, as it was prefect weather outside. Mostly plastic fantastic rockets, but a few nice HD's and one other lonely CB550. We hung their , got some dinner ,then cruised to the local wed night car show a few miles away. Hung out their for a bit, then took off around 10pm..

Maybe STEVE wil post those pics he took ??

Maybe next week we can have some others meet up with us , then maybe go on a mini ride down north ave. or something ??
