Help need fork oil capacity for K5

manual says 7-7.3 oz. or 220-230cc's

Yea I found that spec for the pre 73's after that I finally found one that says 145 about 4.9 oz's

Which brand and weight of fork oil do you guys recommend for the '71 through '74 CB750s?

I used Jp1. Really, the O.E. valving in the fork assembly sucks so it does not really matter much which oil you use. Some, I am sure will care to differ on this matter. I am working on changing the valving out for sport bike fork valving. I will post whne I get it right.
