Interesting that Busso is flogging the 550 pipes as Delkevic has them now as well.
I wonder if they're from the same factory..

I suspect Busso is way underwater on the 750 pipes either from their supplier or shipping or likely both.
Which is still not an excuse not to either ship them and eat the loss or make refunds.

My thoughts exactly. I'm hoping some vendor can come there and get pipes to sell (hopefully not mine) and generate funds for Busso to ship out my #$%*.

Any news on Busso? They have not replied to my last couple of emails. I did not even get the auto, "we'll get back to you" reply.

There are new pipes being made, reportedly just enough to fill the back order, also I hear they may have settled with customs for the pipes that were recalled and being held.
All of this is taken as hope but with a grain of salt.

Edit, it occurred to me it's now over a year since I sent my deposit.

Busso deleted almost all Honda pipes from their catalog. Folks who haven't received them yet probably never will.

Did they delete all money they have got  too?
Start an interest by selling parts for a good price to get more orders they never deliver feels like a scam.

This is how it can be done. Hopefully a happy ending, everything delivered with compensation.

That company will not survive if not deliver.   This will be written on forums all over the world.

I feel like that company is trying to destroy itself:nothing good.
Send the exhausts out and compensation for all the trouble they made for everyone who has already paid.

My assumption is that the group buy concept was done because they were already upside-down money wise, and it was a way to generate cash to continue with the hope that they could get solvent.
I have previously upset the group buy participants by posting about my belief that they are unable to meet their commitments as well as unwilling.

It won’t be final until the “Blame Game” starts up..

Rarely do failed business owners’ take responsibility for ultimately “their own” actions…

Wondering out loud whether your group has heard any blame(s) leveled at someone for Busso’s overall lack of performance…?

Edit: ^^what PEWE said needs broadcasted from the tallest mountains (forums) worldwide.. I like when someone says what’s on everyone else’s minds…. It’s a scam until it’s not…

Probably Fed Ex reported the underweight labels and undervalued packages. Busso reportedly used a shipping broker who was bending the rules for a cheap rate. Some pipes actually got delivered, I had one that was listed by ups as out for delivery, I think it went all of the way back to Italy. Another guy had one that made it to New Zealand that was recalled.

I don't get replies or the "we'll get back to you" email either. It's been almost 14 months for me.
I would be surprised if they haven't closed up shop.

They (Busso) are corresponding to the main guy on the group buy. We get a glimmer of hope from him every once in a while. There is reportedly a small batch intended to clear up the back orders nearing completion.
I believe they want to clear up the back orders to make the company or at least the Honda pipe business easier to sell.

If they don't make it right then you and others should be sharing your very negative experiences with every forum and social media list for Hondas so others hopefully can avoid such an experience...
It definitely would be a company I would try at any cost to avoid any dealing with for any product they would ever produce going forward. The stories have been quite clear that they are completely untrustworthy

There is always the carrot dangling out there that we might really get our orders, some guys did. So we mute our displeasure in hope of not angering the no no. gods.

As a read through this post I’m reminded of the 4 emotions of commodity trading:
1) Greed
2) Fear
3) Hope
4) Regret

Perhaps in a Scam we could these 4 emotions:

1) Anger
2) Fear
3) Hope
4) Regret

Equally if we knew the status of the “main guy’s purchase” the group’s spokesman, perhaps the commodities 4) emotions would fit better…

I'd feel like a genuine sucker if it weren't for the other part of the group that are riding around with their pipes and feeling content. Some of the shipments actually got delivered before the Customs re-call.

Do any of us members plan a trip to Europe?
Go visit Turin, but make sure you take names, contact info and proof of payment from all of us members who paid and are waiting(I'm not included)for their exhaust systems.
Make sure to speak with the local authorities and Italy's Better Business Bureau to tell them of Busso's failure to provide these pipes !  >:( >:( >:( >:(
