The last I saw, all the pipes were to be delivered by the end of May. Three working days left and a holiday in there also. I’m concerned.
I'm anticipating a note from Busso in early June.
Dear Sirs,
We are having some trouble with chrome plating, shipping and upset customers.
We anticipate shipping all outstanding orders by May 2024.

I am also waiting for pipes from Busso, fortunately I can wait.
Until May 2024???

Busso has a lot of nerve advertising for new bulk orders when they haven't even finished delivering what we've already bought!

You know it's the chrome people in the production that are holding up the delivery not the making of new pipes. You'd rather get poor quality chrome sent to you???

Busso has to pass or fail inspection of the chrome (the last step in the making of the exhaust). Failures get sent back to the finishers to strip off the multi layers of the chrome process and then start the multi layers all over again.

No, I do not know that. What I do know is they sent me a fake tracking number and an excuse that their carrier can only pick up 20-30 packages a day. If the chrome plating company is holding things up then why did they lie and tell me something different? I'm not sure what to believe at this point other than they have a lot of excuses.

Well, if you are that unhappy about this and don't trust them then ask for a refund and pull out of the sale. Doesn't look like you trust them to deliver a good product and if you have asked for an update and have not received it then pursue a refund. Involve credit card company if necessary.
New production does have its setbacks and wrinkles and delays and hiccups are part of being on the bleeding edge of bringing a new product to market.
I'm sure they are not happy about the delays either. But, they cut the cost for initial delivery customers to make up for the headaches and delays that come with starting up a new runoff a product that might encounter some delays and tweaks to get right causing delivery delays. Shipping product from their subcontractor who stamps and fabricates the pipes to the platers who then chrome the pipes and then ship to them all takes time. Any problems they have and then they have to delay of reshipping to platers to fix the issues and then back to them for inspection to be replaced and then shipped to you...

Unhappy? Nah. I just wish they'd tell the truth instead of sending people fake tracking numbers and making up stories about shipping bottlenecks. And if they're having so much trouble getting good chrome work, then why are they accepting bulk orders for more pipes? They need to ship what is owed before worrying about more sales. They'll probably come through... eventually, but their stories are getting old. It's not unreasonable to expect a little honesty, even if it's bad news. The way they handled this is bush league.

If you contact David , apparently he is coordinating a worldwide order for 300 pattern exhausts.

€850 including postage worldwide.

But don't hang about as the offer is nearly closed.

Well, I’m glad everyone is getting their pipes and are happy with them. My tracking number still doesn’t work and I haven’t heard a word from Busso. The last I saw, all the pipes were to be delivered by the end of May. Three working days left and a holiday in there also. I’m concerned.

I’m in the same boat. I ordered 5 x sets of unstamped HM300’s in Feb 2022. Paid the 50% deposit on Feb 2022 and the balance in March 2023. Still no pipes. I’ve explained to them on multiple occasions how annoyed I am at the delays and the false promises. The latest from them is my order was ‘unique’ and being processed separately as I asked for unstamped Hm300’s. Now they’re opening up a ‘group buy’ and I’ve still got nothing. They’ve been very clever in taking funds ‘up-front’ to fund the project and offset their risk. And then they’ve got you by the balls with very little route for recourse. To have the nerve to open up a group buy when there’s a massive backlog to fulfil is a huge liberty in my book.

Yes, about $1100 USD was paid in full when the order was placed in early December 2022.

It works great, 300 * 1000 = $300k

Very sorry guys for getting back into this forum. Was busy with the Memorial weekend and graduation activities.
Since there is a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding going on, I am going to state in details what I have been through and what I think is going on.

When I first started joining the group buy last year, my intention was to purchase No Numbers. I pre-ordered 3 sets of no numbers. I communicated with them regularly to get updates and also offered to help with measurements and etc. They never took me up on my offers, always saying they have it covered. When I heard that emails for final payment was sent out and I didn't receive one, I messaged and emailed them everyday until the lady couldn't take anymore and pass me off to the owner and I promptly paid my balance. When people are starting to get their tracking number and I didn't, again I messaged and emailed everyday. I was told that if I wanted no numbers, I would have to wait because there are too few orders for them to have a production run for it. I was told if I were to switch my orders, they would process my orders for shipping. I didn't want to wait so I switched my orders. Soon after that, I heard from others that their tracking numbers are not valid because the package was never tendered to DHL. I messaged them and was told that they jumped the gun printing out shipping label in anticipation of the pipes being ready from the chrome people, which turned out to be not ready with many defects. They posted an announcement on the delay and basically waited until they have satisfactory chrome pipes for shipping. 2 weeks later I received 2 sets of tracking numbers from DHL. When the tracking numbers showed waiting for package to be tendered after a few days, I messaged them again to see what's going on and was told there was a delay with one pipe's chrome having some scratches but will be solved shortly. That was done a few days later and the shipment was active.
Once I received my 2 sets(still have 1 set waiting), I quickly got them installed and posted a 1st review. I was happy with what I received and since I am still waiting for my 3rd set, I decided to ask Busso what it takes to get the no numbers. I was told they just did a small batch and if I wanted it for my 3rd set I can change it. A week later and no news so I messaged again. They asked me why I wanted the no number so bad because they didn't even know there is a third variation of 69-76 CB750 exhaust. I explained to them about no numbers came on early 69. No knowing and thinking there could be a large demand for it, they sheepishly said if you can get 30 orders together we will start a new production for it.
I have since talked to the lady who runs the office for invoicing and shipping. I found out that the office and the shop often has a disconnect in communications. The lady prints DHL shipping labels based on what the shop says finished inventory are on the way in because she's the one getting hounded by emails demanding delivery.
I have talked to @JamesH when I saw he was waiting on 5 sets of no numbers. I already told him what I know and what I think happened.

So, to cap it all up, I am the one who asked Busso to start a new Group Buy and production run. They now realized there is a market for it and is advertising it on their sites. If @JamesH don't receive his 5 units before our group buys tentative delivery date in October, rest assured he will get it from this new production run. However I believed he will received his 5 before ours. I switched my last not yet delivered unit to the new Group Buy.

If I missed anything, please let me know and I will try to answer it if I know or think I know the answers

For the guys who are still waiting for their pipes, feel free to drop me a line if you would like for me to ask about them for you. I can't guarantee anything but I seem to have the ears of the owner at this time.
If you haven't paid your balance and did not received an invoice for the balance, my advice is to email and message them on WhatsApp for an invoice to pay. I don't recommend waiting for them to contact you.

Busso use Google Translate for all their communications. You will need to make sure they understand what you are saying, be patient and nice, and ask them to repeat what you said to them to make sure Google Translate is half way correct.

Thanks for running interference for the guys ahead of us in line.

I think you have read the things I said about Busso's logic and order of shipping on the Facebook group chat. They have different people doing different things and there is no order. If you are nice to the lady handling invoice and shipping, communicate frequently and there is a better chance of getting things done.
Italians are very quirky and hot tempered. Doesn't take much to set them off on the wrong track. I am not defending their ways, I am just stating the fact that if you want things done you will need to finesse them a bit. I have dealt with the Alfa Romeo people for a long time and know how to smooth things over to get it done.

I know they have blanks for 341 and 300 in their inventory, I am fairly certain those from the first group buy will get their delivery soon if there is no issue with orders.

I would appreciate any help I can get. I emailed them this weekend and asked for an update, as the end of the month is two days away. I received a reply this morning that stated that all the orders would be picked up by the end of this week and to check for movement next Monday. I’m assuming he meant the tracking number would be active. I paid the complete invoice when I ordered. I have been courteous in every communication with them. Thanks for any help.

Hi Ed, I can ask about your order for you but I need more information. Did you order direct with  Busso and not through the Group Buy?
