Aluminum rims on eBay

Has anyone ever purchased rims off this fellow. http://m.ebay.com/itm/160955713342?nav=WATCHING&sbk=1 . Wanted to mount the 1.85x18 and 2.15 x18 to my cb 400f. Have a 550 front end p.s
