Name That Frame Game

 OK experts, don't let Frank 754 beat you out. See if you can name this frame that was made into a table. Here are a couple hints to get you started.
1-- The year is between a 1976 and a 1978 - Hmm what could that be----
2--It is not an SOHC

Frank 754 PM'ed me the correct answer but he wants the other experts to name it first because he knows and see's all, even with those weird eyes in his sig picture   ;D
