New here (N Ireland)
« on: December 15, 2013, 03:39:17 PM »
Hello all.

I'm new to the site so thought I would introduce myself and say hello ...

Although I've been reading here for a while this is my first post. The forum appeares to me to be full of knowledge and friendly advice.

I've a couple bikes at the moment, 1972 BMW R60/5 SWB and a 1947 M20 BSA last of the girder fork model and many more over the years.

I'm now looking to add a CB750 to my small stable, ideally an early 70s but there a pricey! I've found a 77 750F2 that hasn't been on the road for almost fifteen years, it running but in need of restoration.

I'm planning to take a look at it this week anything I should be aware of before I go??

Anyway look forward to using the site and will no doubt posting lots of questions.
If I buy it I will add a few photos next week.

Cheers

Welcome from Texas!   The F models are good bikes although some did have a valve guide issue.

We'd like to see pics of your BMW and BSA.
