Right outside cylinder back fires a little when  off the throttle, decelerating in gear. Also seems to miss a little when up to speed 3 to 5k rpm.  I've heard this is because it is running lean, true?
Is there a fairly uncomplicated way to adust this?

How did you narrow it down to just that one cylinder?

That pipe rusted out a little bit.  Makes it pretty easy.

Pull the plug and check it for a white electrode.  Then, when confirmed lean look into carb 4.

If it is lean, is there a simple way to rich it up?  I know nothing about carbs other than if I so much as touch a screwdriver to one, it runs worse.
