CB400F Sydney, Australia. Mike.

Hi All,
Post #1 of many i hope. I'm new to bikes, but not to forums. I've only recently bought my first bike, a '75 CB400F. In Australia these are a fairly rare beast and i'm lucky to have gotten my hands on one.
Those purist will notice i've made a few cosmetic changes to the bike already, clip ons, all lights and gauges.
No doubt i will be requiring your expert knowledge in getting this bike operating perfectly.
Cheers,
Mike.

Welcome Mike, grow some eye's in the back of your head mate, you'll need them in Sydney....Actually, everywhere these days. Keep all the stock parts mate, those little 400's are worth a bit in stock condition these days...

G'day Mike, great to see another 400f getting around. And I love the subtle touches you've done to it. I hope to get mine to that stage in the next 6 months or so....wife and money limiting me at the moment. haha.
Take it easy, JP.

Hi Mike,
You recon they're rare in Aus ?
I'm investigating how rare CB400F's are in NZ.
NZTA stats for 39yr old registered bikes of any make is 837. Guessing they were not too popular here (!), assume a conservative 1% =

CB400F's
Pretty rare eh?
And yes, I've got one of 'em!
Look after her
