All you 90lb weaklings from back in the 60's and 70's who wanted to be Mr Universe and not get sand kicked in your face on the beach. Who had one of these contraptions? I know I did. Mine was just like the one pictured below. And their still sold today.

While I was in High School and for a few years after I worked 6 days a week in a big stone and brickyard. I would hate to think how many tongs of brick I moved around along with all the bags of cement, mortar, limestone and other assorted rock and other heavy stuff. Do think though it made me a stronger person but not as much fun as the "Bullworker"

I've heard Bruce Lee used a old Bullworker(original called a Tensolator) in his workout routine of isometric contractions of which the BW is based on. And Bruce's physique wasn't to shabby.

Here are the two types of Bullworkers sold today. Over all pretty much the same, but with a few improvements.
OK sohc4 'ers lets all buy one and start building some pecs, bi's, and tri's
We need to look good riding around on these old Honda's

I grew up "working out" with one of these that my dad had... by working out, I mean I can't count how many times I got some portion of my quickly-growing-massive-chest caught up in the springs.
