Retro, thank you. I just ordered the axle then. $24.00 incl shipping in eBay. One more question and I'll stop bothering you (I think), I know you said the rear wheel fits in the swingarm, what did you do axle wise there?

Same size axle as the Honda which makes it easy.... ;D  You just have to make up some spacers to center the wheel {modify stock ones} and get the chain lined up properly.... ;)

Hey retro, is this the front sprocket your talking about?

If so, which tooth would you recommend?

I have 750's mate so i'm not too sure but stock sizes would do. And , yes, thats what i was talking about for the front, now all you have to do is machine the rear sprocket carrier to the chain line exact....

http://i820.photobucket.com/albums/zz122/rd_smoker/008.jpg

there's precident!

Thats poorly done, way too long in the rear.... here's how its done...

Mono shock section cut out and the whole arm shortened, the early GSXR arms bolt straight into the 750 frame, Also, the GSXR750J and GSXR1100K had a 4.5 inch rear wheel which fits much better than the later 5 and 5.5 inch rear rims, thats a 4.5 inch rear rim in that picture. The gsxr 4.5 inch rear wheel also fits in the stock Honda swingarm...

Thsta a stock swingarm in those last 2 pics, you will still have to have a small amount machined off the GSXR sprocket carrier and use a CycleX 10 offset front sprocket to get the chain lined up, not to hard at all really....

Hope that helps.. ;)

Hey Retro, what front fender do you have there? is that the stock 1100 one?

Yes, thats actually a fiberglass race replica one but its the same as the stock GSXR1100K, 1989 model, I think the GSXR750 J and K have the same fender... ;)

Minimum 17t, I wouldn't go any smaller unless you want to be pulling wheelies
I thought I had already posted this, 2006 GSXR 600 forks, CB400F wheel, CBR600 rotors and calipers (mounting plates not made in pic)
