Thread on front stop switch and size of "cruise control" bolt?
« on: November 12, 2013, 05:31:43 am »
I'm replacing the triple-tree mounted hydraulic stop switch with a banjo bolt stop switch. Now I need to plug the hole the original switch was in.

What is the thread pitch/length of this hydraulic switch? I was thinking a stainless hex bolt with a crush washer would be a good plug.

Also, the reason I'm doing this is because I just bought new stainless brake lines, and this is a cheaper alternative than getting one whole new line.

ALSO

PO lost the "cruise control" bolt from the Right control switch. What is the thread size of this one? I checked cmsnl and the part is no longer available, nor do they have a size listed.

It's not a "cruise control", but is used for setting engine RPMs while doing engine tests. Last I heard, Yamiya had it in stock.
