Topic: Quick question on tapered bearing install

I'm putting a set of all balls tapered bearings in. I noticed that one race is taller and one is shorter.

I just want to confirm that the taller race and bearing goes in the bottom correct?

Should be thin washer, seal, then taller bearing on bottom?

There is only one way to place those bearings - they have different inner diameter since the triple tree is stepped down.

Yes you're right.. When I went to go install them only one would fit in the top and vice versa.
