Is it just me or has anyone else experienced delays in getting their orders from CycleEx in the past 30 days??

Not trying to stir anything up but if you don't ask, you'll never know.

I ordered an exhaust from them through eBay, shipped out next day.

Well, 2 out of 2 response says the problem is confined to my order. I left an email but haven't heard back yet. I'll call them directly. Maybe something got mixed up.

Well I was thinking it might have been just me ??? ::)
My experience is Anything from ebay instant no delay.
If ordered by email it takes several emails to get a reply. Shame really cos I bought a whole lot of good stuff from them but a few things I have given up on and bought elsewhere.

They ship much much faster than I save the money to buy from them. Never had a problem.

Lately I cant get them to answer any emails I send them, small orders seem to ship fast thought.

This was an order directly from the website. It wasn't an Ebay order- maybe thats the key???

I'll call them on the phone on monday. Human contact might be best to track my order down.

Well, it seems my order was an isolated situation. I recieved the response below this morning from CycleEX.

Thanks for clearing this up Jim.

I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience on your order. PayPal transfers all the orders to my email an that’s how I receive them and for some reason I didn’t receive yours I have found it now and I will ship them out right away today. I will also expedite the shipping for you to so you can receive them Monday. Again I apologize for the mix up. If you have any questions just let me know.

I've ordered few things from them and they ship fast and never had a problem until I had to contact them.
They won't provide info in the e-mail and demand you call them but you leave your number 5-6 times and no one ever calls you back.
