A question of style?
« on: November 17, 2013, 04:06:59 PM »
I didn't wanna clog the sohc bike section with a style question so I put it here, I'm changing a ton on my bike that the P.O did and up now is gauges, I am getting new gauges tomorrow from DCC (their shop is like 2 blocks away from me so I pick up parts from there) and I can't decide, Chrome, or black gauges? I initially thought chrome to match the chrome accents of my bike but im not too sure, might be too much. opinions?

As much as I like chrome on a bike.... I vote black gauges on your ride.

Chrome minis with black bezels. What is the mount like? How about a pic of the top clamp area...

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it's victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis
