So I made some pins that match the inside of the tube perfectly to ensure the loop matches the frame.



Cut down the loop to get my length.


Ah...


Seat pan


Removed the tubes and started playing with strut location.




Bored out the rear caliper. Need to get spacers figured out.

never thought of blasting them as a assembly. Came out nice. Im currently working on my set. But Im doing them as individual pieces.

I used to boil and in lemon juice and all the wire brush. This takes hour or two vs a week.

Completed some frame work yesterday.

Lined up the strut mounts




Tube notching for support tubes. Made by Eastwood. Not a bad unit; gets the job done. I recommend a better hole saw than the kit comes with.



Grinding and tacking complete.



Dropped the frame onto the motor so I can check clearances for additional modifications.



Threw some wheels on.

Got the seat back from upholstery but it looked way to thick. Disconnected from bike with proportions.


Ripped it apart and reshaped. I will drop it off again today.

Wow!  Single-sided swingarm mono shock suspension. Looks great. Details on the swingarm?  How much have you increased the wheelbase?

That thinner seat foam will be much nicer and better proportioned. I like it.

I also really like the direction of that 350. Very nice.
