Need info on these carbs in way of rebuild faq. Can't find much info, my slides are seized and only come loose after boiling water bath. Gotta pull the slides out and give them a good clean.just don't want to go in blind.ty

It's pretty straight forward.

Once the slides are out clean them and the bores GENTLY with 0000 steel wool and some carb cleaner or acetone. The goal is to remove any deposits without removing material from the slides or the bores. You can also use a green Scotch Brite pad. but again, don't scrub hard. Do not use sand paper of any type.

Don't know how to renove the slides. Once they are out cleaning them is no prob.ty for the info

Please revise your title as it is misleading. Theses are not 'pumper carbs'
These carbs have an accelerator pump, and not a diaphragm for each.

To remove the slides, you need to remove the carb top caps and then disassemble the linkage underneath to pull the slide out.
And get a clymer manual, download the shop manual from this site, and use the search function at the top of the page. All of these steps are outlined, typically with pictures...

Flybox,you're pickin nits.if the rack has an accel plump and all four do pump gas,then they're pumpers
