These are the sleeves I was talking about.
www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-CB500-FOUR-CB-500-POWROLL-BIG-BORE-DRAGBIKE-CYLINDER-SLEEVES-LINERS-/251153174929?pt=Personal_Watercraft_Parts&hash=item3a79e55191&vxp=mtr
Haven't really thought about lower end bearings and the like.
I'm not looking for a race engine.
Just a good street engine to give the choppa a little more hp even though she really doesn't need it.
The smarter me would just do the leaking head gasket and oil seal and be done....lol

As for lightening the crank, there is not a loss of torque, it is a loss on kinetic energy , the flywheel effect.
Also the reprofiled counterweights produce less drag when spinning through the oil mist.

Start measuring the top lip on stock sleeves then compare to Powroll. Pretty simple to just bore block to fit sleeves, dicking with the counterbore for the lip is a lot more work$

Slowly plugging away.
Started on the head.
Found a bent valve and busted guide.
Cam bearing don't look to hot either.
Not sure what the next move should be yet.
