Top Triple tree adjusting nut.
« on: December 01, 2013, 05:58:11 PM »
Hey guys I'm in the process of swapping out my steering column bearings. Putting in the tapered bearings. I was able to get my top triple tree adjusting nut off with a dead blow hammer and flat head screwdriver, but want to put it back on with the correct tool. Unfortunately I'm not the original owner and don't have the stock tool kit which included the spanner that was used for this job.my question is. This, will either of these spanners work for correctly tightening the nut or is there something else that I should be using?

The one that comes in the Honda tool kit is the first one. Used for the shocks and the steering nut. I see them on eBay all the time.
