diffirent color plugs

Just thinking of where to go from her,3 plugs are black and 1 looks okay new points,carbs cleaned and synced,valves adjusted,bike runs good but would like to get plugs all same tan color

Neil, its tough for us to give you direction.
We dont know under what conditions the plugs deposits came from.
Did the bike idle for quite a while and this is how they look after?
Were you WOT on the freeway, cut the engine and then pulled over to see what the plugs look like?
Is this from just around town driving?
We need to know what circuit (main jet, slide needle, pilot jet, air/fuel screw) was being tested before the plugs were pulled....

Around town,30 main jet,40 slow jet, needle middle position, i am running velocitu pod filters,4into 2 exhaust,i believe goldwing coils with Accell 7mm wires and new NGK caps because i had a very old electronic ignition on it from p.o but now have diachi points could not get timing dead on though

Around town riding probably isn't good enough to accurately diagnose.
Because one plug is different than three others, I would suspect the three are set similarly, and one not so much.  You need to figure this out first, only then begin mixture testing and changes to get all the plugs the same. Float height, varnished or blocked fuel circuit, plug gap, weak spark....all of these could cause that one to be different than the rest....find out why.

Youll need to accurately follow plug chop steps to determine changes needed, starting with WOT and the main jet setting.

Get rid of them Daiichi's! Those things gave me a world of issues.

Find out why you have one carb giving you different plug deposits. 
stay on target....

Daiichi points can be used.  Hondaman has a big thread here and details the variations from stock, and how to make these aftermarket points work.
TEC brand points can be found on ebay, but lets not use them as a band aid fix for your plug deposit issues.
