wireharness for a k8
« on: August 28, 2006, 07:51:07 AM »
Hello all.
The wireharness of my bike (a cb 750 K8) is almost completely broken. A lot of wires are burned, and so on. I tried to rebuild it wire by wire, keeping the colour code, but I can not find in Spain wires on every colour. I bought a second-hand wireharness in e-bay, but it was almost exactly as mine, with wires burned in the same places. I heard that exist something like a generic wireharness for japanese bikes, with the same colour codes that japanese manufacturers use on their bikes. Those wireharness are generic and you have to adapt it to your motorcycle. Anyone heard about it? and if so, do you know where to buy it? If not, do you know where to buy a complete new wireharness for a K8? I've seen lots of new wireharness for k2-k6, but not for k8.
Thank you
