Topic: Front disc pads and pistons

Hi guys, need a bit of help here.
I’m trying to order some parts for my CR replica from David Silver.
I need front disc pads and pistons.
It appears as if there are two different sizes. And David Silver is unable to find any info about the 43 mm unit
38 mm and 43 mm piston diameters.
The brake units look exactly the same, except for the piston size.

Can anyone help with a part number or info for the 43 mm piston?

As far as I know the only calipers looking alike are the CB500 (smallest) and CB750K7 (largest).
The Original racers used CB750K0 brake calipers, but everything from K1 to K6 will do if you want it to be "close".
Bear in mind that your brake pump is up for the job if you choose large displacement brake pistons.

Nap is correct that the 43mm pistons (actually 1 11/16") were used on K7 and K8 750s. There are aftermarket pistons available in stainless steel or phenolic.
