Remove every other spoke in each wheel. Every little helps.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Don't forget to hack off any kind of mounting tab so everything hangs off of zip ties!

Drill the frame full of holes for an erector set look! Then drill holes in everything left!

Don't forget to lose the battery.  Pretty sure you can just bypass it with the wiring and it'll run that way?!

so easy to make it look cool, and light weight.

Start of list...

Fenders
Gauges, and their cables
Turn Signals
Mirrors
Stock Headlight Bucket, and the Wire Harness
The Air Box
Stock pipes, and the frame piece that has the rear pegs. Got hacksaw?

What else???

Well...I don't know about you personally but I am sure a few members could just eat a few less cheeseburgers and save a lot more useless weight that way instead of taking off useful bits of the bike. ;D

Fenders..who needs them as we never get caught out in the rain or kick up rocks and gravel or ride on gravel roads.

Mirrors...no need to see whats behind you.

turn signals...might make the bike illegal depending on what state you live in.  Though you could swap out for ones much smaller and save a pound or so.

Air box...yeah it's not that pretty but the bike sure runs nice with it...don't need the tuning hassle and poor running without it.

rear foot pegs...a lot of the women I know like to go for rides...maybe you don't like girls on your bike...not that there's anything wrong with that.  ;)  ;D On longer trips I like to put my feet back there and switch back and forth.  It's more comfy...maybe you don't need that if you never go anywhere far from home.

Headlight and wire harness...you still need something for a headlight and some wire so at some expense and hassle you have what ...exchanged 7 pounds for 5 pounds?

Stock pipes...yeah you could save some weight there without sacrificing utility.

Gauges... I guess not a necessity but I like to know when I need gas, how many miles I am traveling, I even like to take notice of how fast I am going.  Gives me something to look at if the scenery is boring. ;D

What else ya got...so far your list is not all that brilliant.  Unless you come up with better ideas I'll just have to keep my bike looking uncool...at least it will be more comfy and provide less hassle on a long ride.
