Conical Clutch Washer

Does anyone have a source for the Conical clutch washer? The bike is a 77 CB750. The part is #14 on the provided schematic.

What are the experts thoughts on using a "Lock Washer 16mm" from another style/model Honda bike? They are used for the same purpose, (used in clutches and behind the special lock nut). They are available and if you search them on ebay you will see that they have stamped on one side "OUT SIDE". My only concern is there thickness. But as stated they are used on lots of Honda clutches and for the same purpose.
