Early 750 Rear brake / hub ID ?
« on: December 11, 2013, 09:15:05 AM »
I recently bought a sandcast bike and another bike owned by the same PO. He had the 69's rolled rim on the K2 and a 16"er on the sandcast. I've swapped it back onto the sandcast but would like to be sure the proper hub/brake assembly is on the sandcast. What are some identifying differences between these parts on a sandcast and a K2? The clover shaped cush rubbers were in the 16" rim on the sandcast, I suspect the rims may have been moved and the hubs left on the correct bikes.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.
