BC if you don't mind I've got a few questions. Here I go, what you use to bend the 1/4 round bar to the shape you wanted, did you build an entire sub-frame from the round bar and how is it fastened to the back section/hoop? Thanks for the help blue collar.

The first shot shows how a bent section of sheel metal goes under the factory seat cross member and is fastened with jack nuts and c/s screws.
the second photo shows my battery/electrical pan. The olty in the center/rear screw goes through a tab welded on the frame and threads into a portion of the tail itself. It's not quick release by any means; but three screws and the tail section is off revealing the battery and electrical components.
maybe not the best way, but the best i can come up with with limited time,money, and tools.
