What Ive been reading this bike gets very good reviews. Anyone ever own one?

6 speed trans
Shaft driven
Hydraulic lifters
Electronic ignition
Automatic cam chain adjuster

Much different style and stance then our sohc CB750's. And no way you would ever get the two bikes mixed up, but not a bad looking bike IMO ;)

Those Harley tariff bikes were hopped up a little,  big taxes if they were 750 or larger. Not sure how long their run was though,  may wise to see what the parts supply looks like for them if any may be needed in the future before buying.

Could that be the model that Freddie Spenser rode in a Honda TV ad in the 80's?  He rode it at Laguna Seca.  I think I saw the You tube video at the Roadracing World website.  Freddie did say he liked in the ad!

I like them.

It was very well reviewed when it first came out. And I have always thought it was a good looking bike.

Yes, I did. Or almost. See it is US version of CBX750 I had in Prague, here is some info:

http://www.teamrc17.net/

I would love to have one of those. Very strong and very, very smooth. Loaded with full luggage and in two it cruised across Germany at 110+mph with ease and power to spare.  Passing in 6 on flip of the wrist. That was one great bike.

Yep, we had the CBX550/750 here as well. I always liked them. Quite rare though.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.
