78' 550 Cam Tensioner O'Rings

Hey Everyone, just wondering if anyone could help shed some light as to why there is two part numbers listed for the cam chain tensioner O'rings that go behind the tensioner bolt. See the image below. According to the list, there are two part numbers with the tag '10' and they have two different sizes. As far as I can tell, there is only a spot for one o'ring as the diagram shows. Which is it?

91305-323-000
     or
91318-ME5-003

The smaller one has superseded the larger one.

91318-ME5-003 it is.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Might want to throw a washer in there too. Mine had a shaft that was a titch too long, and the nut would bite down on the end of the threads. The result was that you couldn't torque the nut enough to prevent it from spinning, because it only torqued against he shaft, not the engine case. Tossed a washer in there, and problem solved.
