i have in fact looked at the site, and im not rushing to buy a welder... going to do my homework first.

Hey SoCal, I'm just curious how this all turned out? Get yourself a welding setup? As a beginner how are you doing?
I'm looking into a getting a MIG welder too. Haven't welded anything in my life but since my bike, I want to be able to weld brackets and seat pans and what not. Just seeing how it's going for you.
And yes, it looks like I have to check out that welding site Lucky mentioned.
