Members you would like to thank..2013
« on: December 21, 2013, 07:10:37 AM »

Ah, the Season of giving. As 2013 comes to a close let's recognize SOHC members who helped a fellow member(s).

Whether free parts, donating time or a good deed to help someone with a project post a personal "thank you" here.

Happy Holidays everyone.

I would like to thank toytuff for his generosity and good humor.

I bought a Kaw Z1 earlier this year and John ran across a service manual and sent it to me as a gift, what a class act! He has also sold me 750 parts at very fair prices and even thrown in a free part.
His restorations on his "odd" bikes are second to none.

Hope to buy him a margarita one day and talk him into letting me ride that sweet CBX that he has!

I forgot about that service manual Steve. Hope you can use it.

More than welcome to ride anything I own Sir. Even the "odd balls".

My restorations lean toward preservation. Not even close to some of the work done on this site. Thank you for the compliments.

Merry Christmas to you and yours. May the New Year keep you and your family in good health.

Thank you to every member here for all the information I've received this year and all the years before. Oh not Brimmer though, definitely not Brimmer.....he can suck coal.   Merry Christmas, Boats  8)

I want to thank everyone on this site. This site has quite an eclectic group of members from all walks of life yet everyone seems to be willing to help a fellow member at the drop of a hat even if it's a brand new member. I hope all of you have a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year.

Everyone on this site is extremely helpful, patient and willing to share knowledge. That's pure awesomeness. Special shout out to Dave though. He's been dealing with my PMs for questions all year with no complaint!

I'll send a thank you Dave's way as well......

In addition to a sterling sense of humor...he makes a fine beer.

He's also shown me some great roads and put up with all sorts of road shenanigans from me.....

Always a positive attitude and a good friend.

(plus he bought coffee and breakfast this morning)

Most of the folk who've helped me out on here don't even know it, I've learned so much from searching the huge wealth of information that is already 'in the bank' on here. So thanks to each and every one of you.

Special thanks must go to the Aussie section, whose sense of humour have had me choking my coffee all over the keyboard on more than one occasion.

Merry Christmas and Happy Rides in 2014 to all :)
