Howdy...  Name of Sam.  New to the CB.  Just purchased a '72 CB500 Four in candy gold and black.  Should arrive in January.

Been straight line racing....and breaking...a Dodge Challenger stick car for a few years now and needed something a bit simpler, lighter and more relaxing to play with.  Always had a picture in my head of me on an older Honda so I found one that looks to be a time capsule.  Should be interesting.

Appreciate the good info I've found on SOHC4 thus far.  I'll be asking some dumb questions here and there, and I'll post a pic or two once that's available to me.

Hello Stev-o.  I'm based in Houston.  I will see what kind of shape the bike is in when she shows up next month.  If I can get her running well and I don't have a conflict with my car/family stuff, sounds fun.  Whereabouts does the ride run?
