reduce cross section area, potentially increasing velocity, and changes the flow path. At least that's what I've read... ::)

Interesting, but couldn't the stuff break off after awhile from heat cycles and make it's way into the cylinder?

What you can't really see are the screws in the port floor to hold the epoxy in place....that is why that fin area is cut away in pic#2. But....eventually it can chip away . Keep in mind it is a singular purpose built head. Those low lift #'s are key.....remember a cam will only hold a valve open at peak lift for a millisecond BUT it will will flow twice at low lift #'s as the valve has to open AND close. That's the important part.  ;)

I didn't want to get there either, I'm happy with two JMR-Suzuki's, one of them holds the quickest time and fastest terminal speed in juniordragbike in Finland and the other just kicks ass and both of them are 31 years old ;)

No, I tripped second light before  he lit his first one. Can only trip one, then he trips one, then either can trip second light Called courtesy staging? So I had to take bike out of gear, roll back, then wait for him ,then go forward to trip second light. Think it messed him up, he thought he was going pick on us......wrong day for him to be asleep on the line! ;D Bill

It don't matter if you have got 500 + wins when you're up against a Hondamatic, there's only one way and that's OUT.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

That is incredible work. Do it yourself head work sees like fun, but now seems more like a waste of time.
