Getting 8" tomorrow, looks like tractor seat time.

That's what they originally forecast for us, but the line seems to have shifted south. Better you than us.  :)

Sorry you guys are getting all the ishtty weather.  Seattle is on track for the warmest winter on record.  Good.
We also are pretty short on snow-pack in the Cascades to get us our water supply for the state this summer.  Bad.

Sunny with temps in the 60's sure beats the typical mid 40's and rain/clouds this time of year.
Here's the foggy sunrise from 2/16/15.  Shot from a Seattle high rise, looking SE @ Mt Rainier.

They flew me to Seattle for a job interview back in 99??  Nice city, you could see mountains from almost anywhere - either Olympic or Rainier.

I could live there for sure.

I just spent 3 hours on the seat of my tractor cleaning our driveway and also for two of our neighbours - looks like I will have to do it again tonight, snow is coming down pretty thick.

Yeah, it rains her all the time.  Not a good place to live.  Stay where you are  ;D  :P

My friend was bringing me to Seattle for the first time. He described it as 6 months of rain and one day the clouds open up and the sun comes out for a half hour. My Dad said when he traveled there for boeing that people tended to disappear from their desks when the sun came out.

I got used to it and it's not all that bad compared to Ketchikan, which I think they said rained an average of 261 days a year or 261 inches or whatever.

I'm sick of the sun, only a week until summer pisses off for another year, and it's still around 100 deg F, can you guys please send me some snow??? ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

A bit of that 100 degrees blowing our way may melt some of this snow quicker Terry;how large of an air circulating fan you got ? We get enough windmills running in synchronis and we can send you a few icy blasts too  :o  :)

Here near Albany NY, we have had the coldest month in 195 years of record keeping.
Yesterday we had a much needed break from single digit or less, it was 36 degrees for a few hours....back to zero today, and 15 below tomorrow.  This winter sucks.
A few Honda 500's, a few Honda 550's, a few Honda 650's, '72 cb 450, a couple 500/550/650 hybrids, and 2001 750.
