I can see differences there between the tanks, headlights, fenders, engine position, rear shocks, forks, front hubs etc, so I'd say nope. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

Have been doing a little research on this one. I'm leaning towards this bike being a Yamaguchi or, a brand very similar. Yamaguchi intially used Villiers copy engines, made by Fuji, but later used engines supplied by Hodaka (hence a possible confusion with Honda?). The engine in the bike pictured looks much like a Villiers 125, a 2 stroke by the way. Hodaka also did business with makers Toyo, Rocket, Kitagawa and more. Yamaguchi went belly up in the early 60s.

Check out this Youtube vid. The engine looks very similar. Perhaps a later model?
