I dont think there is a way. I had my stainless hoses indexed to fit properly when I ordered them.
You could have a block made to fit in between but nothing off the shelf.

A set I bought came with a plastic block that fits over the fitting in a vise and a pin to turn it.

Is there enough length in it to take it back and have a new end crimped in the right orientation?

Also, if you ordered them by bike model they have been made wrong and the supplier should replace them FOC.

thanks guys.
Oldskoolnuts,
I ordered the correct lines but failed to mention I have an aftermarket master cylinder, which places the upper fitting in a different position. If I can't find a simple solution, I'll have him make me another upper line.
