LOL I was elated today when the oil stopper kit from Elan made it all the way from Canada!

Funny coincidence with the #2 pipe,  today I noticed that I need a replacement too, damned thing has rusted through beyond repair.

Pretty quick shipping, nice you chose the airmail over the slow boat. Less transit time should make for a safer ride also.

Well the #2 made it's long trip just fine ;) This pipe is in great shape really and with just a little cleaning up will look nearly new ;D. After close to 2 years I didn't know if I was ever going to find a nice #2 341 at a price the seller didn't want stupid money for :o This little forum of ours here is great. If it wasn't for members Tews who first posted that a nice pipe was on ebay and Stev-o sending me a PM informing me about it I doubt I would have it in my hands right now. I'll keep my eyes open and try to return the favor to other members of the #2 341 club if I happen to run across a nice one. As soon as I get some more mtn. hardware I'll be putting them on the K6. Took these pics as soon as I got the pipe unwrapped. Aren't the best pics but here's #2

Have had 3 pipes for close to 2 years, finally I've got good ole #2 for a complete set ;D

Not show quality pipes, got a few battle scars over 40 years. But great pipes for my 750K6 everyday rider.

Can't wait to get the remaining hardware and get these bad boys mounted. Will look like a different bike with the factory pipes.

Looks good dhall.  Your bikes a rider, you don't need show pipes.
Good time to upgrade all the hardware...stainless?

May be interested in your old pipes if easy to ship

Had just about considered it a lost cause Brian. The #2 341 club still has quite a few members here needing this pipe. My #2 had a nice little plane ride from Australia to North Carolina. But after 2 years search and the great condition the pipe was in I jumped on it. My only concern was the seller going to pack the pipe properly and would it arrive to my door step undamaged. It arrived it good shape. Several months ago here in the states on ebay a #2 NOS pipe the same condition as mine and it sold at a crazy $675. No mater how bad I needed it I wasn't going to pay that insane price for one pipe. Even with the freight coming from that distance I came out less than half of that. Still a chunk of change but I was willing to go that for a nice pipe witch it is.

I have even "toyed" around with the idea of using a #3 pipe and have a muffler shop (bend it) into the IL position... ;)

Who else in the #2 pipe club is still looking for one?

Silly money for this NOS...
