1974 CB550K Bike of the year? Vote here

Hey fellas! I haven't been around much as of late, as I currently don't have any projects going and its 2 degrees here. On the up side My 1974 Honda CB550k is up for bike build of the year at http://motopickers.com/category/before-and-after/ It only takes ten seconds to vote and it would sure be appreciated. With a lot of help from the members over here I was able to bring back this scrap heap to her present glory. If you have a second check the sit out as well. Its one of my shop mates and a few other friend who are trying to do a TV show called Motopickers, basically they buy rusty crappy bikes like most of us started out with, fix em then sell em.  Thanks for the support!!!

Great looking a bike and an amazing transformation from the before. I wish the after photo was a full side view rather than the 3/4 though. You got my vote.

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

It is a tough call, and the limited view of your bike vs the full side view of the BSA doesn't help. But even if I wasn't an SOHC4 guy, your transformation is much more dramatic and the BSA is pretty, but kind of a half ass job, by which I mean it's a stock bike with a few cosmetic cafe parts thrown on it, it just isn't a cohesive look and yours definitely is.

I knew a fellow who owned a similar BSA. On his rear mudguard he had a sticker with the British flag and the line: All parts falling from this motorcycle are of the finest British workmanship. The BSA in the poll doesn't have any mudguards. Makes you wonder...

Very interesting! it doesnt sound like a "cycle", translated either :) Here in South Africa we have the Afrikaans language and its very close to Dutch.

I've exchanged some Afrikaans many years ago with some of your countrymen in then peaceful Zimbabwe. You may have spotted in my avatar my fiets between the legs of Dr Livingstone near Vic Falls. The day before I had done over 200kms.

Not that I'm too lazy to cycle but it's a nice way to extend your range.

You guys are great!! I'm not running a front fender because I never got around to installing it :-[ The BSA is nice but... He bought it half done, he farmed out most of the work and its not a SOHC ;D. Oh and a better picture to sway your vote 8)
