We will probably need two different schemes anyway as the t-shirt company prints white shirts by missing out any white on the design (ie they don't print white onto white), but if you choose a coloured shirt, the design has to be transparent, otherwise you get a white rectangle.
Also, what looks best on black probably doesn't work at all on white.
Once we have a winner(s), I'll get the designer (Salli in LA - she rides a Moto Guzzi but we'll let her off) to produce the high quality vector images for upload.
