vin number info.....

I have a 500 four barnfind that was taken out of the barn today and I was wondering what year it is. the frame number is 1015827. any info will help me document the bike............tim

Welcome to the forum. You can also take a look at the sticker on the steering head. It should have your frame number stamped in and you will also see a month/year in the corner. That will tell you the month and year it was made. Keep in mind the bike could be a 1971 and titled as a 1972. Once you get up to speed how about a few pics.

tblem ; First WELCOME to our madhouse :) !! A BIG Plus 1 on "calj737's" comment in his 2nd paragraph plus he gave other good advice !
