Holy crap!  What a beautiful time capsule.  It even still has the blue plastic on the mirrors.  I would love to nick that exhaust for mine..  Boy, $14,000 is a lot to ask, though..

Looks like it is being displayed in an art museum, probably worth more than the asking price ... Larry

Beautiful bike! I wouldn't be able to handle just looking at that bike! I would have to RIDE it! Of course with the speedometer cable undone.... ;)

Love the bike but if that is a gallery I don't care much for the art.

Given its advertised on an NZ site I wonder if its the same kiwi Graeme Crosby who was a popular racer in Oz during the 70's? I remember watching him in tv riding really well in the wet at a Castrol 6 Hour one year - they had slo-mo replays of his technique then but not the multiple on-bike cameras we get today!

If you look at the sellers other items sold, 2 of them are the book Croz: Larrikin Biker, personally signed by the author to the buyer. That and the fact that the bike is in NZ and Crosby lives in NZ pretty much sealed the deal for me that it is the one and only Legend.

Seems like the seals and a few other parts would need attention after having sat for 40 years, even without any milage on the clock... Would be cool to have; not sure if I'd have the guts to ride it in its extremely rare pristine condition. Seems like more of a museum piece than a puddle jumper. Of course, someone will probably buy it and cut it up for a cafe project...   ;D

Not sure he's just selling his bikes, I think his business is restoring and selling bikes:

"I provide a service for those who want a restored bike or parts for early model Japanese models and race machines."

So he has two Z's for sale then. Possibly a CB750 also.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.
