Broken links - cb500 manual / service bulletins
« on: January 13, 2014, 11:05:27 PM »
 Missing part especially modification section.

http://www.sohc4.net/cb500-manuals/

CB500 SB-4 (07/26/71) - Modified Clutch & Shifting Mechanism
CB500 SB-5 (10/28/74) - Modifications to Prevent Excessive Oil Consumption
CB500 SB-9 (08/11/76) - Modified Clutch Adjuster; CB500,K1,K2

My engine are stripped down already and wait for primary chain, so really want to get some mods.

Thanks.

Most of those mods were in the first 6 months of production, if you post the frame number I can give you a production date
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
