Topic: cb550 clutch assembly

I've replaced the friction plates in my '76 cb550's clutch. I don't see a spec on how much to tighten up the four bolts that hold the plate over the springs. It doesn't seem like it should be cranked down all the way. Any guidance on this? Thanks.
