16" wheels on a CB750 / front and rear
« on: February 04, 2014, 11:44:50 AM »
Hi,

I'm planning to change the style of my '74 CB750 to a more fat tire look. At the moment I have the stock wheels. However, my question is if the front rim will interfere with the disc brake bracket, as the spacing between the wheel and the bracket is quite tight already now.? I would prefer to still keep the original disc brake setup and not change to a drum. Does anyone have experience about this? Thank you very much. Mika

If you want togoas fat as the rear wheel, the forks are to narrow, you needwider trees
There is a narrower 16 from Honda, but it may be 36 hole.used ona small belt drive Honda.. It wesrs a 110 or 120 16.. That may work with a Yamaha hub.
