Where to get new original appearing 750 rear 18" spokes? I'm removing a 16" rim and putting an original 18" DID back on. Who has the best value spokes balancing cost / quality?
I was able to unscrew the stainless spokes on the 16" they look amazing after a bath in CLR. I don't expect the 18" wheels spokes to co-operate. Service Honda looks to be about $120.

No, It was 10pm on a friday and I assumed if they wanted / were able to sell me something they would go to the trouble of mentioning they can get it on their page. They did get 15 minutes of my time while I looked and searched.

These were from Z1. Made in Japan. Have the same taper as originals I believe. $40

I did search first and found information about new suppliers and no personal experience, hence my question.

Gee thanks, 750 Cafe, I didn't think to search for Suziki and Yamaha, since I'm using a honda hub and rim. I'll buy a bunch of different ones and see if they fit.

Thanks, mini mo I hadn't found them yet. I ordered a set, I like the description, price and shipping.
Now I get to build a wheel for the first time. I have a fail safe, the guy that assembled this bike new from the crate has his own shop 30 miles from here and he's a wiz lacing and truing. I'd like to give it a try and see how I do. When it's warm enough I'm taking the bike there to get his picture with it.

It's OK, I too get annoyed by posts where it appears someone hasn't looked at all. I may have poorly worded my question, I was looking for comparisons of spokes people have purchased in the past that may be very close to Honda spokes but not cost the $180 my local independent shop needs to charge. WoW. I try to support them but sometimes it's just too much difference.
The spreadsheet took some time and I appreciate it.
