CB400F exhaust onto a CB350f?
« on: February 07, 2014, 10:25:35 PM »
Just wondering what it would take to mount a CB400F exhaust onto a CB350f?  Where would changes need to be made, and what's the difference between the mounts on the head and at the frame points?  Any reason it couldn't be done?

Thanks,
Scott in Penfield NY (don't have a 350 yet, but been tempted by some being offered for sale recently)

I've got a 400f header hanging on a 350 and it works perfect, but from there back mine is going to have a different can.   Sure you can find something to hang the pipe off of, and you definitely don't want the weight of the pipe all attached to the motor.

I have a 75 cb400f exhaust for sale in Brooklyn. Good condition. Just throwing it out there.  More photos too.
