HM300 Diffuser Question (PIC)
« on: February 05, 2014, 04:34:01 PM »
Have a set of HM300's for this KO project which came to me with only one diffuser. I took it out and bought a set of new Honda diffusers. Question is this...the 1 old diffuser I took out did not have the packing. I just want to be sure this packing goes back in or do you guys find it beneficial to not use the packing? Thanks...

I left the packing on mine, mainly because it was there originally and figured Honda had a reason for it.  Noise, performance.. don't know???
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

Some time ago I was going to buy new diffussers too. Ended up repainting and packing with exhaust mat. Saved a few euros for other needed parts...
